The base alcohol for this creation is our Mist + Moss Gin which is distilled using Wild Irish Juniper & 7 other botanicals from the Burren, Armada Farm and Moyhill Farm. We paired it with cloudy apple, elderflower and fresh lemon. Add a top up of tonic if it you like it bubbly!
