Our signature Chocolate Brownies are made using the finest fair-trade chocolate produced by Valrhona. It is 66% Dark cocoa solids, our cocoa powder is rouge for that richer taste, our eggs are free range and from Galway and of course only the creamiest Irish Butter is used. Our Brownie is best served slightly warmed as the chocolate content is so high, with a dollop of whipped cream or a really nice vanilla Ice-cream on the side. They are presented in a nicely wrapped Cake box.
Serves 5-6 portions and as our brownies are baked fresh, they should be consumed within 1 week of receipt.
